Mena dragged me to the Alameda antiques market today, and among the things I purchased is this sign, almost as tall as I am.

I'm not sure where I'll hang it yet. International living room? International bedroom (zut alors!) International kitchen?

You know, the kitchen is where my girlfriends and I celebrate the moments of our lives with General Foods International Coffees.

I knew that you were one of those General Foods International Coffees people. I just knew it. ;)

did you know that came from the International Harvester Co? I used to have one, a "Suburban" style giant station wagon they called a Travelall & there was a much smaller version of that logo in the middle of the grill. just in case you wondered.

I didn't know that, very interesting! The guy who I bought it from did mention that it was from an auto company, and I think he mentioned he got it in Utah (thought I could be wrong about that part). Do you have a photo of the station wagon?
